Additional Objectives

Pre Interview:

~For this to be a successful interview my first expectation is to find students around campus I feel will enjoy talking with me. I need to search for individuals that seem friendly and open to communication outside a normal comfort level, for I understand being interviewed is no easy task.

~I will need to discuss a proper meeting place, so myself and the Interviewee's feel comfortable.
Once I find the right candidates I will have to practice my interview numerous times so I can look somewhat professional in the interview, and feel prepared for any response I may receive.

During the Interview:

~To obtain my somewhat professional look I want to go to the interview dressed nice and casual, not wearing anything too reveling or anything sloppy/dirty. I also need to remember to sit in proper form, not slouching so I show absolutely no disrespect or lack of care for my interviewee.

~During the interview I hope to have open conversation always listening close to what the student has to say, at appropriate moments adding in hopefully my own points on a topic.

~ I should remember to greet my interview with respect and continue with that respect throughout the interview until we depart, giving a brief thanks and good bye at the end.

Post Interview:

~ Once the Interviewee leaves I may want to stay for a little longer gathering my ideas on paper
~ I then need to take all my material from each interview home and compile all that I have learned. I will listen to my recordings a few times, jotting down important ideas and thoughts.

~ Writing a paper is my last step. I must take my time doing this by first starting with an outline. I will complete my paper with sited sources, an easy to read thought out paper with no grammatical errors.
